大根と厚揚げ、豚肉とかぶの葉の煮物
いくらの醤油漬け
ニラの酢味噌和え
オクラ納豆
ワカメとまいたけのお味噌汁
２１雑穀ご飯 でした!!

Japanese food!!!
Miso marinated mackerel
Raddish and atsu-age, pork with leaves and stewed turnip
Salmon caviar soy sauce*
Leek mixed with vinegar miso
Okra natto
Wakame seaweed and Maitake mushroom miso soup.
A 21 grain meal!!
The recipe for making leek and vinegar miso came from a suggestions in the comments I received.
I am happy that I could use the recipe I learned
